Your Privacy
Privacy Policy
Plain language, like everything else we do. Here's what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What We Collect
Information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to share when you request a clarity session, subscribe to the newsletter, use our interactive tools, or contact us.
Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as the pages you visit on this site. We use this to understand what content is helpful and to improve the site.
How We Use It
To respond to your requests - like scheduling your free clarity session or answering a question.
To send you the newsletter you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing is immediate.
To improve our educational content and tools.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who Helps Us Process It
Like most websites, we rely on a small number of service providers to operate: website hosting, a secure database, an email delivery service for newsletters and notifications, and Calendly for scheduling. These providers process your information only to provide their services to us.
When you book a session through Calendly, the information you enter there is also governed by Calendly's own privacy policy.
The Faith, Money, Mental Health Family
3 Path Financial is part of Faith, Money, Mental Health, alongside the FMM Podcast and faithmoneymentalhealth.com. Newsletter signups across these sites join one shared list, so you may receive updates covering all three. One unsubscribe removes you from the list entirely.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you or as required by law. If you'd like your information removed, email us and we'll take care of it.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
You can request a copy of the information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@3pathfinancial.com.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional privacy rights. We honor reasonable requests regardless of where you're located.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and revise the effective date below.
